1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using S4Kit ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

S4Kit provides a software development kit (SDK) and platform for integrating with SAP S/4HANA systems. Our Service includes APIs, documentation, dashboard tools, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use the Service to transmit malware or harmful code

5. API Usage

  • API keys are for your use only and must not be shared
  • You must comply with rate limits and usage quotas
  • We reserve the right to suspend access for excessive or abusive usage

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by S4Kit and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and any code you develop using our SDK.

7. Payment Terms

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S4KIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless S4Kit and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which S4Kit is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
